There is no character on Mapleroyals called sutolpoop. Perhaps you can send me a private message with the account username you're trying to log in with, so I can further look into your ban appeal.
Your account has been hacked a long time ago due to poor account security, and was banned out of precaution. Can you please change your ingame account's password on the royals.ms website, and let us know when you have done so?
