Closed New character/New account rollback issues [Read me]

Hi All,

As some of you may be aware we are currently facing an issue where some people are having their characters rolled back after some progress is made.
To better help us investigate what may be going on, please fill this out for us:

If you make a new character, we advise you to please refrain from transferring important items over to said character for the time being while we investigate these issues.

 

I started my new character, DayServant and trained him up to lvl 15. Transferred some int equips to him as well. I went to do cake on my other characters and when I relogged on my new character, hes lvl 5 and back on maple island. All my stuff is gone too. Can this please be looked into asap?

The last thing you did: finished a quest that ended with talking to Shanks in Southperry, then logged off
Time that the rollback happened: 1:16 AM PST

Any other details: I logged off due to a server check. At the time I logged off this character was level 8 with many Maple Island quests done. Now this character is level 6 with progress reset on all quests that were completed after what would have been the last successful sync with the server.

The last thing you did: From levels 6 to 21, I finished maple island quests, left maple island at lvl 10, finished Olaf's (?) quest from Bigg(?) on going from maple island to victoria island. Got to 99% and accepted quest regarding job advancement quiz. Went to Kerning City and became a thief. Got back to lith harbour to finish Olaf's quiz. Went back to Kerning City, and took the subway to NLC. Did the NLC quest from levels 11-16. Accepted job quest. Went to Perion to kill stumps. Went to Kerning City to kill Octopus. Got to level 19. Used bishop to HS and MW myself so I could kill bubblings and got from levels 19-21. Logged out.

Time that the rollback happened: I have no idea, I started leveling this morning (around 9 hours ago)

Any other details: I noticed I was roll backed onto level 6, at the map of Amherst Townstreet. At the time, I was ccing to hit all the boxes so I could finish the quest for the free newbie chair.

I got no nx today when voting after the server check, on my new account.

 

I have created a character and played for approximately for 3 hours today and also traded mesos and equips from my other character from another account, and once I logged back in, my character has rolled back and I lost significant amount of mesos and some valuable INT gears. My character name is HolyBacon.

Last thing you did : I got 1xx sets of zombie tooth from my friend , and I logged off, and after I relogged in , I found that my zombies tooth has gone
Not only zombies tooth, but also NX equips
Time that rolled back : 2:30AM(GMT+8)

I'm going to pass this on to Kevin when he wakes up, so hopefully he can figure it out. For now it seems like CCing will help save your character to the database so CC frequently after doing anything.

Just wanted to add that so far, none of the 6 characters I made on the new account I made have rolled back.

I have yet to update my files (when you fixed the cakeboss thing) if that helps, I haven't touched the orbis etc stuff, so there might be a link there too. Also, as Sila stated above, I was logging in and out constantly moving items around, but I stayed in ch 13 fm 13 almost the entire time. Not sure why I haven't been affected.

 

Okay so, I made my new bowman. I did the whole maple island and went to henesys and got my 1st job. I played on him for a while and I got him to level 14. I did give him 100m from my other char. Later I disconnect in free market and when I log back in on him I am level 6 with nothing at all. And my 100m was gone. All my progress was just deleted!

The last thing you did: After job changing into a warrior, I warped to Ellinia to transfer etc stacks for Orbis Exchange from main to this character. Logged off right after putting some in storage.

Time that the rollback happened: It happened around 3-4pm PDT.

Any other details: I have another level 11 character that I have on the same account that's in question, and was able to check the storage, and was able to still have full storage of Zombie Teeth stacks.

The last thing you did: I traded a lot Stuff from my other Account "Ambax" to this Mule i made

Any other details: I tradet a lot of Scrolls, Equips and Chairs to that Char to save it ._.

The last thing you did: Made a warrior and job advanced to Lvl 11. Purchased new gear and upgraded AP and SP. I transferred items over into the account as well.
Time that the rollback happened: 1-2AM EST

Any other details: I transferred over a decent amount of items into the mule and it seems to have disappeared. The character was rolled back to Lvl 7 at Maple Island beside Mai. Some of the quests were also not completed which I had finished.

Advanced to Magician and traveled to Orbis for the exchange quest. When I arrived there I did trade some Items to it.

I just logged in and saw it was rollbacked, so ~9 PM Servertime.

Newly made, like 3 hours ago. So about 6 PM Servertime.

I cc'ed a few times after I got to lvl 8 and after advancing to a Magician like suggested.

I lost some NX items because i transferred them already..

• Binocular for Pet
• Auto HP for Pet
• Auto MP for Pet
• Rainbow Knit
• Cargo Pants
• Neon Amulet Gloves
• Red Slime Slippers

I also lost some Items i already transfered..

• 5 INT clean Yellow Work Glove
• Maple Shield with 1x 10% Shield M.ATK on it
• Amethyst Earrings with 1x 10% Earrings INT on it
• Santa NX Hat from some Event we had, dunno the exact name.

The 3 mentioned Items are displayed in this trading thread aswell, if u need exact stats to restore them.

IGN: FlareEnding
Problem: My new character rollback and messo disappear
Details: My character "FlareEnding" is trained to lv 15(magician).And I take 600,000 mesos from storage keeper .Today, I log in my character ,but my character return to lv 6,and my mesos disappear.
