    voted today and didn't get nx as well. i voted after the bug was said to be fixed.

    This was fixed again this evening, so by tomorrow when your 24 hours rolls over you should be able to vote without issues and gain your NX. Unfortunately, GMs currently have no way to refund NX so a refund of the 8k you missed isn't possible.
