    Last thing you did: I do not remember - haven't played for half year or more
    Why do you think you got banned?: I do not know.
    Ban message when attempting to log in: "You may not access your account because your account is permanently banned" or "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection"
    What GM banned you (optional): Not valid
    I haven't played for a long time and decided to join back. And I am sure that I never did anything wrong. Please help me ~

    I'm not seeing any ban reason for that IGN. Are you using a public WIFI of any sort? a VPN?

    No...
    I haven't played for half year or more
    and I tried to join back just now and found I am banned
    I am not using a public WIFI or VPN
    I am using my own Internet ...
    So please help me from this situation

    Why does your account share the same account details like Date of Birth with the account that got banned for hacking on your IP address?
    To us it seems like you tried hacking on a new account, got banned and now your main account is banned as well naturally.
    You got banned on your character yoyo7.

    we believe that is a character you made, as they played from your IP and has the same date of birth as the account you're appealing your ban for. other than that we can see the intentions you had with this account as the email address is hacker######@gmail.com

    those information you given is insufficient to prove that we are the same ppl
    i haven't play for a year,when i turn back you just tell me that i hacking someone esle and been banned?
    so what about the things i buy?
    the only thing i want is my character back and the truth
    i used to spent so much time on it but now i got nothing
    How can I prove that I am not the Hacker?
    And i do not know who is yoyo7

    If I were this Hacker , I wouldnt use the e-mail named [email protected]
    Its so stupid lol

    There is no way of proving that you're innocent, since all the evidence there currently is present leads to you being the hacker.
    Additionally the information you've provided yourself also confirms the story of you being the hacker.

    So here you tell us that you do not use any virtual private networks, nor public connections, and that the internet connection you use is your own.
    To which we've found that the character that was hacking is using the same IP address as you, and thus plays from your internet connection and nobody else's.
    On top of that the hacking account that has been played from your internet connection, also has the same date of birth as your original account.
    Such coincidence, wow !

    Definitely ! If framing yourself is a thing, that is.


    We're not going to further discuss this ban, and any further ban appeals made by you will be denied without reconsideration.
