Closed banned appel

first i here to say that we are really disappoint of this game procedure
my friend mastiff last night just turn back to play and founded that he was banned
and what we got is just what you said as a ridiculous reason that he hacking the other?
any you call a ppl hacker just because they are the same birthday?unreasonable
you can easily to check the email he submit is not the same with the hacker
you can easily to check the last logging time
but you just do nothing ,so how could the game worth donating
we were be banned anytime anywhere if you want,GM can do anything he want can banned anyone without any
the last time he play is 2016 july and he didn't online again
if he was a hacker ,did you really think he need to go back here to argue with you?
he can hack another account easily right?he can change the IP easily
and who the dumb hacker use the email name [email protected]
don't you think all this are unreasonable?
what's the reason we came for? if he was a hack is that necessary for we to do that?
and if the result wast the same or you can not prove it
the other friend and i will ask to refund because we don't know when we will banned

In very simple words, your friend Mastiff was hacking and we have no tolerance towards hackers.
If he tells you he didn't hack, then I'm afraid he's lying as the facts we've presented do not lie.
We're not being unreasonable, he receives the same treatment as any other hacker would.
