Character Name: Pass Last thing you did: I do not remember - haven't played for a little while. Why do you think you got banned?: I do not know. Inactivity? Ban message when attempting to log in: "You may not access your account because your account is permanently banned" or "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection" What GM banned you (optional): Not valid I haven't played for a long time and decided to join back. I have been trying to recover the accounts I remember having (successfully thanks to GMs' assistant) and this is the only one that I am banned on for an unclear reason. Thanks,
Well that doesn't make sense. I moved from Israel to the United States almost 3 years ago and therefore my IP should have completely changed. I do not know who Gumic is or what his relation to my account is. I remember that my account (Specialized / Kicker) had to be unbanned a few months back because it was hacked. Does that have anything to do with it?
- NOTE: Leaving the country for a vacation... won't be much available; however, I still desire to resolve this and retrieve my account back. Thanks once more, Kicker
As I said, I do not know Gumic. If you look back to a thread I posted a few months ago, I had my claim (to be hacked) proved and verified by some other GM. I was not active at the time, I do not know who was on my buddy list, why, and how. Perhaps your "Gumic" added himself on MY ACCOUNT while using Pass. Perhaps that explains why none of my accounts are longer banned other than Pass.
Gumic was permanently banned long before you got hacked, so we're not going to buy a story about how a hacker added a permanently banned character to your buddy list. Do you still want to continue the claim about you not knowing Gumic?
Certainly! You are not explaining why my character was banned and what does Gumic has anything to do with my ban?!
Pass is currently banned because it was played from the same internet connection as Gumic, who was banned for account sharing. Your ban happened automatically when you connected from his internet connection a very long time ago. So before we further investigate, we want to ask you once more what your connection to Gumic is.
Gumic is from Israel, just like you are according to your country flag. We originally believed Gumic and your accounts were being hacked by Akise / FLFA back in April 2016, but upon further investigation we found out that Akise and Gumic were account sharing. Now with you having been caught up in Gumic's account sharing IP ban, we wonder what your connection to Gumic and Akise is, as we have suspicions you might've also shared with them.
I understand. I lived in Israel for 15 years. I permanently moved to the US on June 30, 2014. I doubt this forum account exists before that date and therefore, I believe I chose this flag because it is my obvious choice. However, if you track my recent and even distant game log-ins, forum usages, and voting activities, you will see that all of them are from the United States. Furthermore, you'll notice that the last 24 hour activity comes from Amsterdam and Prague because I am currently out of the country. I unfortunately do not have any correlation to any of these accounts and I don't understand how my character got mixed up in this.
Pass got banned over a year ago, not in recent times. Pass was being logged in from the same IP address as Gumic, at the time Gumic got banned for account sharing. Unless you're going to be able to explain to us why your account has been attempted to be logged in from Gumic his internet connection, we're not going to be making any progress with this ban appeal.
Well you just stated my claim dear friend. It's impossible for myself to be attempting to log into Pass or Gumic or whichever other account that is related to this. On the other hand, I do not know how to do explain why my account was attempted to be logged-onto by this person/these people because I have no direct/obvious correlation to "them". I believe that my ban is all due to logic without solid proofs and other than my solid proofs of not being in the same country as of the "hacker", I don't know how to proceed.
We're still not willing to believe you have no connection to Gumic, sorry. It feels a bit shady to us that first you and Gumic get "hacked" by Akise at the same time, and then later on we find out that Gumic wasn't hacked by Akise at all but rather he account shared with. Then we ban Gumic for account sharing and suddenly your account is being attempted to be logged in from his computer. You're trying to tell us you have no connection to either of these people, even though they're both known for account sharing with each other, and both have logged in to your account from their own homes. How does you being innocent sound logical to you with this presented? As to me it very much sounds like you shared accounts with Akise and Gumic, and tried to get away with it.
The only thing is that you're assuming that I am aware from all of what you just said. How am I supposed to know about all of these bans being in play with all of these people. As I am saying, I haven't played in a while but as I finally recovered my username and password, I found my account to be banned. Also, don't your server auto IP bans everything? If it is (which it is), then I wouldn't be able to play at all. But in matter of fact I am capable of playing from my house, from my computer, and my internet connection. I agree that it all sounds shady and weird but that is my account that you are banning for no clear evidence and reasoning - solo by speculating through different possible option of connections to two people who went against the rules. If you do not have real proof of me being involved in this activity (in which I wasn't even active of at the time), I demand my account to be unbanned.
I'm assuming things because in this case it's very obvious, but you're still trying to play dumb. So let's be real here, and let's look at the timeline of events: April 15th: Gumic claims he got hacked: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/acconut-possibly-hacked.60683/ April 17th: We find that Akise / FLFA logged in on Gumic. Akise / FLFA get banned for being suspected of hacking Gumic. April 18th: You make a ban appeal: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/i-cant-log-in.61020/ You've changed your password on that day and you've been unbanned. https://royals.ms/forum/threads/i-cant-log-in.61020/#post-321294 Gumic has changed his password. https://royals.ms/forum/threads/acconut-possibly-hacked.60683/#post-321350 April 25th: Gumic gets permanently banned for having account shared with Akise. https://royals.ms/forum/threads/acconut-possibly-hacked.60683/page-2#post-325180 Your account gets caught up in Gumic's ban, meaning your account has been logged in from the same IP as his after you've changed your password. So mister smartass, how exactly can Gumic log in on your account 7 days after you've changed your password? Hmm.. I dno GM, if you put it like that.. Yeah it does sound like I have given him my new password as well as my old one, since I never got hacked in the first place: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/hacked.62742/#post-331424 Welp, and yet here you are trying to convince me you don't know who Akise and Gumic are, but they've had access to your account before and after you claimed to have gotten hacked. Unless you've got world's best counter argument, I don't think you have any chance on getting unbanned.
