No exp from Orbis etc exchange?

    My alt is level 28 and I tried to turn in some orbis etc for the exchange quest- but 400 teeth later I still have not received any EXP. I started at 70%, 51701 exp and I gained nothing. I don't know why or what to do o.o

    IGN is iason, level 28 magician.
