every time i try to get into the game i got this mirror

unfortunately, i do not have a solution for this problem, i've looked up multiple videos and sites to overcome the problem but i still cant enter the game i even refreshed my windows with the hope that it would help, but it didn't. I have tried EVERYTHING to make it work, but im afraid my laptop isn't compatible with the game, or the other way around. Can someone please help us );
