They mentioned that they will compensate over time. I assume this means that 2x exp and 2x meso isn't the only thing they plan on giving. Regarding your cakes, Sila mentioned that they may be extending the event 3 days due to the rollback issue.
The GMs already confirmed that they will not refund individual items so the 1.5b i lost will not be compensated, it's 2x messos not drop so that's pretty much useless, and finally a 3 day event extention isn't compensating me for the time i wasted at the cake
A 3 day event extention is the only compensation we can offer at this time for those who have actively killed the cake boss in the last 3 days. There isn't much more we can do when data is lost due to unfortunate circumstances, even though we would want to. I don't believe we have made any final decisions yet on what kind of compensation will be given, which is why it was stated that further details will be provided in the upcoming few days. This means that 2x drops or any other multiplier for that matter could still be considered, if we deem it appropriate.
