Closed New character rollback

    Problem:
    This new character created two days ago has disappeared

    Details:

    There was a 3 day rollback in 14/06/2017 and that character just created two days ago
    I have several pictures when I am leveling to Level 47
    I did not picture items and mesos that I have so I do not want to ask those back
    But I hope gm can create a new character which is already level 47

    Lot of people lost levels I don't think even with ss proof they gonna make 47lv character for u :( Sadly I myself lost a lot of high levels .. just need to grind again :xD:

    I know lot of people lost levels and my hope may not be achieved , however I still want to give it a try :)

    I am new to the game and my thief got completely wiped. was level 21 at the time and when I tried to vote it said no character lv 15+. I then went to the game and saw that all my progress had been removed. Friend gave me some equips and meso to start with but everything is just gone... I don't know if I should be making a new character or not since I don't know if this issue will be resolved.

    I am a new too and thanks for any response and whoever noticed this .
    This rollback is not predictable and the compensation is only 2x exp 2x meso event .
    A unpredictable rollback may happens again and become more disastrous .
    So even my issue may not be resolved , I hope that GM should be more attention about similar issue .

    Further rollbacks should not happen. If they do, they will not mean very much as now the servers will be backing up data every 6 hours. This means the most you could possibly be rolled back is 6 hours.

    It shouldn't no, as we've posted today we will be making backups every 6 hours now instead of once per week.
    This should significantly lower the chances of 3 day rollbacks happening.

    As for your character's issue, I'm afraid we can not make a new character for you at the level you previously were.
    But hopefully the compensation we will be offering in a few days will help you get back to your level at a much faster pace.

    Thanks for response . The compensation this time make lots of player disappointed.
    When rollback happened during I was playing real old maple story , the compensation was more generous not only times of exp and mesos but also points or some better events.
    Sincerely hope Maple Royals can be better and rollback will not happened again
