WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED!!??!? I just join the server, I even donated $10 to you guys, and now everything is gone? I was lvl 42 and now I am back to lvl 23 with NOTHING!!! I don't have ANY of my stuff? I lost literally DAYS of my time and my ENTIRE character because I was play for many hours each day! How can I get compensated for losing everything especially after donating $10, this is bull****! We not receive ANYTHING@!? EDIT: AND also it not show that I am a donator -_____- even though i already donate twice
I'm afraid something very unfortunate happened today that caused us to lose 3 days worth of stored database files. We will however offer some form of compensation in the near future. Ohhh... jeez. 3 entire days is a lot of time to rollback too... i just joined the server so i lost everything -_-
It is and we are very sad that this has happened . We are now making back-ups every 6 hours instead to prevent such situations from ever happening again. Unfortunately there isn't much we can do about what has already happened though.
