IGN: zNegative Problem: Items missing. Details: Didn't really knew what happened. Only logged onto my character after the new source update and realised that most of my mesos were gone and all my equipped items (except for untradeable items) were all gone.
bumpp, and no they weren't in my storage or at the bottom 4 slots of my inventory. items gone were facestompers, mesos, pgc, 70 att claw, 11att wg and about 700m mesos. all my items were equiped. GMs please help me thank you!
When was the last time you logged in before new source? Sounds like you were hacked, but I'd need an admin to look into this.
Probs about 2 days back if i can remember. Yeah I actually think i got hacked because only the "expensive" stuff were gone and the worthless stuff were still in my inventory.

However, our current policy on hacking does not award refunds to players whom we believe have been hacked as our server has not had any information leaks or security exploits resulting in players, meaning that account hackings of this sort are due to poor account security by the owner. We encourage you to use only unique account information that you have not used on any other settings before to eliminate this risk. We do apologize for your loss.
