Details of the harassment was sent to Dimitri in a PM, and it was taken care of. I never shared an account, but I did impersonate to have done so out of anger. I wanted to be banned and make my accuser get banned with me. I know I have no evidence of not sharing an account, and that my claim was believable, but the accuser and I had no evidence of us sharing an account either. If it helps with anything - the accuser can admit that no account was shared, and we both wish to revert my ban. I'm very sorry for impersonating and causing a trouble in general. I have learned my lesson and I apologize, it will not happen again. Please give me one final chance.
We will not overturn your ban for you have made a believable claim to account sharing and accepted the punishment for that in your original post.

Yes Sila.. I know that I've made a believable claim, I was impersonating, and Dimitri already explained that to me in the post where I was banned. However there are two punishments for account sharing, a 30 day ban and a perm ban, so why must I be permanently banned? Is this because you believe that I was actually sharing an account? or is this because impersonating and making a believable claim over sharing an account means that I should be permanently banned? [Punishment: Identical to actually breaking the rule] - does that necessary means perm ban? Please enlighten me because I don't understand that well.
The difference in the 30 day acc share ban and perma ban is that of a minor vs major offense. Since you claimed to have given away your account to someone with all of your items and mesos on it, you claimed to have broken the major offense of account sharing. The appendices for "Major Infractions" details out the guidelines around this: Specifically #5 and #7 10. Account Sharing - This rule was altered in October of 2014 to respond to the growing number of people abusing the ability to share accounts for a variety of purposes that we deemed unacceptable. Eight scenarios for which account sharing will be considered an immediate permanent ban are the following: Using power-levelling services; Two or more people taking turns in levelling up a character (ie: training); Logging onto someone else's character in order to leech your own; Removing items from or deleting someone else's character; Giving an account with a high-levelled character on it to someone else; Committing a bannable offence (other than just account sharing) on someone else's account; Wasting staff time by lying about the account sharing; ((In this case you are now saying that you didn't account share, when you originally reported him for using your account) Sharing your account details with multiple people.
So let me get this straight, I'm banned for these major offenses that you marked down for me: 5. Giving an account with a high-levelled character on it to someone else - There was no proof to that, so why am I accused by this? I can only guess that the staff doesn't believe me even after having no proof(??) 7. Wasting staff time by lying about the account sharing - I did lie and I did bother the staff with opening a thread in the report abuse and lying to have account sharing. I am sorry to have lied and impersonate, I did however explain my reasons for doing so, I wouldn't call that a 'wasting staff time' because there was no intention of doing so... I'm not a troll and I try my best to be sincere here. I must say that this no.7 major offense is a bit too major and hard to accept, but I am bound to the rules. I would have asked you to reconsider and revert my perm ban, but I rather waste my efforts on more important things and move to a friendlier server with friendlier environment, rules and staff. Well you did claim to have given him the password to your account when you tried to quit, which equals giving an account to someone else. In the same claim you also told us that the intent was for him to take the items from your account, which is a breach of #4. Here's the claim I've based that on: I'd like to say that no server will be friendly to you if you don't follow their rules, and that you getting banned is your own fault and not to blame on the server's staff.
