    DISH NAME: French Toast

    DESCRIPTION: Just a fairly simply french toast dish. 2 eggs, about a cup of milk, 1/4 tsp of nutmeg, 1/4 tsp of cinnamon, and 1 tsp of vanilla abstract all mixed into a bowl then soak some sliced pieces of bread in the mixture and cook them in a pan for a bit. Topped with some sliced strawberries, butter, powdered sugar, and maple syrup.

    WHY IT'S IMPORTANT: There's isn't anything really special about french toast to me, I mostly made it because I enjoy breakfast foods and I had the ingredients on hand since I'm a bit tight on cash right now to purchase any fancy ingredients :p


    And no, I didn't try feeding it to my snake this time around.

    DISH NAME: Roast beef with mushroom sauce reduction accompanied by garlic herb mashed potatoes and sided with some Vietnamese mango salad with pecan, almonds and walnuts.

    WHY IT'S IMPORTANT: This dish was special to me cause I made it for my family =) I always think food cooked with love for the love ones are always special <3

    Dish Name: Frankenstein

    Description: I've been out of commission with bronchitis for a week and my food supply has basically hit the bottom. So, having nothing but an empty stomach and a desperate wish to not leave the house, I threw a couple ingredients in a pan and hoped it was edible. It actually came out surprisingly well. It has 2 diced chicken breasts, half a red pepper, and some chopped onions. All this on top of my last dish of instant rice. Seasoned with a pinch of pepper and some herb salt.

    Why It's Important: I followed no recipe. This was just a lot of luck and guessing that happened to come together. It's also important because this is my last meal if I don't go shopping. It has protein! That has to be worth something, right?

    Dish Name: The Ghetto Ice Cream Treat (L> Better Name...)

    Description: Lazy, low on money, and low on patience from making a dessert? Feeling warm and in need to cool off with a tasty cool treat? If you fit in all these requirements, you'll want to make this dessert. All I did was grab a couple of ice cream sandwiches with vanilla filling, made a layer of caramel syrup, put some whipped cream all over it, and topped it off with some chocolate syrup. I guess you can put a cherry on top of it, but I don't have any so whatever. LOL.

    Why It's Important: For some of you guys especially, it's the beginning of summer. It's hot as fudge. I figured I could add a little "cooler" dish compared to other entries. 'Sides, it's simple and easy to make. Didn't take even 5 minutes, and it's easy on the piggy bank. Not great for your health (diabetes, anyone?!) but whatever. I like sweets, I have a sweet tooth. Deal with it F5

    Edit: It's not a sundae, disregard the file name LOL

    This dish is inspired when I was traveling in Greece this year!!
    everything made was from scratch and love!!!

    I went fishing for the fish and hand picked the Fresh Taiwanese Basil and the carrot was from my garden...
    just the rice was bought in the organic market <3

    not here for the stoppers but just to share with everyone here ~f11
