IGN: Relativistic Problem: Purchased a donor coupon to change face/eye color. Nothing changed and the coupon is gone. Details: I bought a donor coupon for 6 RP to change my face. After I went to the NPC and chose what I wanted, I got a message saying that there was a problem with changing the face at that time. A bit later, I decided to try again and see if it was working, but I then got a message saying that I needed a donor coupon. I checked both my Cash inventory and the Cash Shop itself, but the coupon was absent from both. The 6 RP was still deducted from my account. Would it be possible to get a coupon refund/6 RP refund? Thanks.

Sorry for the very very late reply. You will need to get a hold of a GM in game to be refunded 1 Royal Coupon (Donor Hair/face Coupon). Because of the GM command not being available currently it's going to be difficult to get the refund done right now.
