Hate speech - speech which attacks a person or group on the basis of attributes such as race, religion, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, disability, or gender.
Saying "fite me irl " (which is an obvious joke) is not hate speech.

As per your server rules' defintition: Hate Speech - The act of transmitting any sort of content or acting out any scenario which could be perceived as derogatory or otherwise prejudiced towards any group of people based on their race, sex, gender, life choices, or any other division.
The "which could be perceived as" part makes this incredibly vague. Literally anything could be 'perceived as derogatory or prejudiced' by anyone if they tried hard enough. The harassment rule is just as, if not more vague than the hate speech rule, and I would like to suggest having a look at them.

I assume the reason I was banned for was because of the use of the word "", which brings me to another point; why not censor words you don't approve of? If it's such a big deal to not being allowed to say certain things why can we? You may not be censoring us directly in game, but you're still censoring people by banning them for saying "something someone took offense to" which is rather silly. Ah right, you're still busy trying to fix the broken mess that is new source and probably didn't have the time even if you wanted to, I forgot.

 

Yet it's censored on the forums. Interesting.

 

We have a zero tolerance policy towards words with derogatory meanings, this is nothing new. The word which you were banned for is a derogatory slang word towards women and is considered one of the most vulgar terms.

Dictionary.com itself says: All senses of this word are vulgar slang and are very strongly tabooed and censored. The meanings that refer to a woman and a contemptible person are used with disparaging intent and are perceived as highly insulting and demeaning.

Edit: Also this is a 3 day ban, not perm.

 

is a synonym to vagina, or pussy but somehow considered worse. Both men and women are called cunts and it's a socially acceptable term in some societies. I did not expect to be unbanned, I just wanted to make a point about how butt hurt people get nowadays over words and how vague your rules are. Thanks for reading.

 

You were not calling the person a "vagina", that's the difference.
