Unable to launch

hello, I installed mapleroyal from the website for windows, but when I click the exe it gives me the option to click run as admin but nothing happens after that.
I've re installed it and everything but nothing happens... it doesn't even give me an error message just nothing

 

Have you checked your antivirus? If so have you tried changing the compatibility to Windows 7?

 

Yes I checked my anti virus and I allowed it... and what do you mean how can I change it

 

I tried to run the exe on windows 7 mode but nothing it acts like it wants to load but nothing happens

 

Can you open task manager and try to run it again and see if MapleRoyals pops up?

 

Hey I'm also having this exact issue. I set my antivirus to allow the client, and I tried running compatibility with Windows 7, but that didn't work either. When I try running mapleroyals.exe, it doesn't show up in task manager.
