Game keeps crashing when I enter portals once in a while

    I can get into the game just fine, but sometimes when i enter portals or try to do PQ my game screen turns black and nothing happens even when i wait for a while. Is this the server or my computer? I haven't encountered this issue in the past on my computer at all when it comes to mapleroyals.

    What compatibility is your client using? If it's not using windows 7, try running the client with windows 7 compatibility.
