Are you sure it said "Thank you for voting!" in green and brought you back to gtop100? I would make sure to remember how much nx you have when going to vote again and if you don't get nx again then update this thread saying it's for sure bugged, because its hard to tell is something is bugged when you think it might have been a small mess up on your side because you forgot how much nx you had before.
