If you read the moderate infractions tab under appendices, you will find this: This means that in your case your ban is not considered as a botting ban, but rather as a game hacking ban which results in a permanent ban.
what do you mean, i did'nt hack i bot... and i didnt use scripted macro programs i just put something at my button.
Putting something on your button performs an action only once per 2 minutes and manages to use 2 different macros? (pet feed + bahamut, magic guard + bahamut) Seems very unlikely to me.
you maybe did'nt understand me well because my english let me try to explain again, i know i did wrong i did'nt use a program or something like that my keyboard (DIY 87) has option to multi key and i put all the buttons at one. [i can explain it better if you want at discord or skype]. i'm really sorry about what i have done and i will no do that again and if i should be punished i fully understand it, i really investment at this server, and like it. but i dont think i have to get perm ban because i did'nt use hacks. i hope you can understand me.
That still doesn't answer my question as to how your character only performs these actions once per 2 minutes, and not constantly like it would normally do if you put an item on your keyboard.

well i can put 3 buttons at one and let him put himself when i want.. and split the timing of the 3 buttons. please try to understand me ill not do this again and i dont care about the stuff i got you can remove that i just wanna back to play ...
Splitting the timing of your 3 buttons automatically sounds like it needs a program or script, does it not?
its not a program or script its my keyborad it has multikey option i really didnt know it is count as hacking as i said i'm really sorry about it and i wont going to do it again. please try to consider it again
I'm sorry but we're not going to reconsider your ban. A 7 day botting ban is given to players who have put an item on their keyboard and are thus caught spamming a single ability until they're out of mana or hit the 100 attack cap. If your character functions automatically at a more complex rythm, it's considered as macro or script botting and will result in a permanent ban. In your case your character was automatically performing an action once per 2 minutes, which can not be achieved by putting an item on the keyboard, and thus it's not a 7 day ban.
