Not Bug Never received NX for 5 days of voting.

Hi MapleRoyals Team,

My IGN is SAVAGESUCC.

I have completed the full voting process for NX (link --> completed captcha --> pressed the red voting button), everyday for the last 5 days and still have 0 NX in my cash shop. Would you please be able to provide the NX for these days of voting?

Further, am i completing the voting process incorrectly? Please let me know.

Yes.... every time.

 

Did you provide the correct username when voting?

 

I did every time yes. The first 4 times I used Safari and yesterday I did it on Chrome and saw the 8k on my account. I did it the exact same was on Chrome which is why I'm confused I didn't get it the first 4 times I voted. 32k NX Is a lot to miss out on

 

Did you have any adblocking plugin installed on Safari? (Sorry i don't use safari, so I'm not sure what kind of plugin there is)

They have meddled with the voting process. Vote using Chrome from today onwards, and disable adblock for GTop100 if needed.

 

It may have had it yes. I will definitely use a chrome onwards.

Would I still be able to receive the credit for voting? I did see "thanks for voting" the 4 times I did use Safari.

 

Currently we aren't able to check the past voting logs, as there's no way to have any confirmation on that.

 

I understand, but Would I at least be able to receive 1-3 days worth retrospectively to compensate?
