as tittle this thing can became 118 fast speed 0 str req for end game weapon. Even a perfect (wa97 crow worth 3.2b) passed 2 30% amd 100% the rest can't reach 118. Any kind soul can p/c this for me would be really appreciated.
I don't think you can compare the price with perfectly scrolled 2 30%'s crow with this crow because smart people won't 100% the rest after scrolling 2 30%'s on 3b clean weapon. That's like saying scrolling 100% on att121 slot 5 ST (worth about 2b+20ws so around 8b) to make att 131 finished ST which is only worth about 4b.
This is a really hard item to price check honestly. definitely worth over 3b I'd say. I'm currently selling a 106 5slot one for 5.2b if that is any reference

I almost had a sale actually but the guy found a different crow before the trade. Not many mm out there so crows seem to take a while to sell
