I recently decided to come back to maple Royals, didn't remember my password so i decided to reset my password. after reseting it successfully(got an email and changed the password), I type in the username and new password i just set and the page just refreshes, i've tried different passwords and nothing changes. Please help me solve this. thanks in advance
Are you able to log into the game? If you are, then it's fine. Probably your browser has auto-fill turned on. Turn it off and type the new password yourself.
Now that i'm able to log into website, when i try to enter game it says my account is permanently banned... could you tell me why i'm banned when i haven't played in a few years?
