I've decided to come back to MapleRoyals, but apparently i'm "permanently banned" from the game. It might be a big problem, but i don't remember my character name since i came back after a long time. Character name: don't remember Last thing I did: don't know it was over a year ago. Why do you think you got banned?: hopefully you can answer me. Ban message when attempting to log in: "You may not access your account because your account is permanently banned." What GM banned you: no idea. I don't recall using hacks or doing anything that could get me banned if it helps. I know i'm missing quite a bit of information, but i really want my account back, or at least get a proper explanation why i'm banned. Account name is probably going to be needed because i don't remember the character name, but i can't post it here. Thanks in advance.
you were banned out of precaution as a hacker got access to your account due to your poor account security. please change your password at the control panel at www.royals.ms and let us know once you've done so.
