Closed Unable to enter Phoenix quest portal

    Problem: Unable to enter the phoenix quest portal
    Details: I have Phoenix's egg, and I cannot enter the quest portal located on top of Sky Nest 1

    I believe the quest was supposedly fixed 2 updates ago.
    Can you perhaps show us a screenshot of the phoenix quest you're currently on?

    Oh...that was very stupid of me.
    I didn't turn in the egg to Kumo.
    I was following the skill quest guide blindly since it says go to cave of trails III then enter the hidden map. I did exactly that didn't turn in the quest to Kumo.
    I got the skill now. Sorry for the dumb mistake, and thank you for your time.
