Okay, So I don't know exactly where to start. I have a fairly new computer and I hardly ever use the browser for anything. My buddy and I just downloaded Mapleroyals the other day. I have been on Royals for almost two and a half years I think. Anyways he tried to play earlier and had nothing but problems, ran his virus scanner it said something was sketchy with the client and he ended up uninstalling just to be safe. On my side I know this might have nothing to do with the download but whenever I press ctrl + pg down I have some sound clip play that is just someone screaming "GG". Like I said I don't use the internet much, all my games are off steam, and I only really realized the whole sound clip thing because I have my potions on page down on the number keys. Anyways just wanted some advice as to what might be going on. I have already run Bitdefender, cCleaner, and Malwarebytes. I love MapleRoyals and I'm hoping I did something on my end or that someone can look into this an possibly moving the download location or something. Thanks in advance and I hope this post doesn't get me in trouble I don't want to cause any drama.
As others will surely tell you, there is nothing wrong with the MapleRoyals files, nor would anything included in the files published on the website cause your computer to act with the behavior you described.
I'll have to check around. I have no clue why my computer plays a sound clip when I press Left CTRL + number pad 3. Sorry for the confusion my buddy just freaked out.
