NEXON hairstyles/Eye colours

Sorry guys, im trying to find ''FUZZ'' ( spiky short hair ) haircut with White eye colour, Ive searched every single vendor in the game yet none have either of these, google is telling me its in amoria and Ludi
YET its not ther for me.

I remade my charactor to see if its just bugged, and i stil cant see these 2 NEXON styles i would like.

MY current level is 15, not sure if that makes a difference when viewing nexon styles in shops, maybe?

If anyone can shed light on this, would be gratful

White eyes aren't available yet. They will be after the next WZ update from what I have heard.
