I just came back from a long break whilst waiting for the new source to be fixed and after logging on all my characters are gone. The game asked me to select my gender like I would for a new account. Was this something that happened awhile back that I missed?
No, it's normal for anyone who came back after a long period to be prompted the gender selection. Your characters are still there.
No they aren't. I rechecked. The only option I have is to create character. I mean, if it's gone, then I guess i'm done. I'm not regrinding all that again. I was just curious about what happened.
What's your IGN? There isn't any report on characters going missing. All data were reimported successfully.
Checked it, and the characters are still in our database. Character Name: Mire Level: 58 Character Name: WonderWeasel Level: 72 Double/triple check that you're not logging into the wrong account.
I only have one account that I can remember. To be sure I logged into several emails that I use and I found my registration email from way back in January for this account. I didn't see any emails for another account. I don't know what's going on. I'm pretty confused..
