So I am kinda new to this I have had trouble in the past downloading this game on many devices before but after a bunch of attempts I finally was able to download it. But the problem is any time I press on client my laptop says that it will run the game just to never load it. I have tried reinstalling it multiple times as well as turning on and off my pc. I even went to a tech place to see why out of all games this one wouldn't load. I was told it was because I have windows ten and the game is trying to run on windows seven but after searching the forums for answers I see multiple people run the client on windows 10 so I don't see why I am any different. Anyway if anyone else has reached this problem or has any helpful tips on how I might fix it I am all ears.
That's kind of the thing an error message isn't even visible. It just shows the loading icon and then the game never loads in. No error message or anything
Could you possibly do a screen recording of what happens when you try to launch the client? Before that, make sure to kill all processes related to MapleRoyals via your task manager.
I am sorry I tried to do a screen recoding and one recorder I used wasn't compatible and the other keeps telling me the file is too big to upload to the site Edit : I just had a friend download the game as well and he is having the same issue I went to another website to download a different server and it loads in and everything.
I am positive. When I run set up the game comes up and it has the press alt and h key if you can see this and if I press the patcher is it says I need to go to nexon to download the game. But if I press on maple roayals it just loads and nothing happens We both own Lenovo's do you know if the game runs with them???
