Hello, I'm a fairly new player which started 2 weeks ago( 3, if you consider the 1 week I got banned for "botting" without knowing it was an offense). I would like to suggest two things. 1) Insert the T&C's page on the main website, or at least let new players know where to find it ( There is no form of information regarding the T&C's there). New players like me don't go beyond the main website and only access the main website for getting NX. Also, 2) With regards to bans, please make a system indication as to why and when the account will be unblocked. (E.G. Your account has been banned for (offense) for _ days and will be banned till (date/time). It will help to keep track of when people can access their accounts again without having to retry for hours. (May also clear some time for admins working to respond to why people are banned, lmao).
I think #2 is a work in progress. As for #1, you can see it on the main website when you click "Register," so all new players should have a chance to read the ToC before they can even play in the server.
This exactly. You literally check the box saying, "By registering an account you agree to the game terms and conditions. It is important to read the terms thoroughly as they include the rules to the game." when you registered the account. If you say you agree, we can't do any more hand holding besides that to make sure you read what you have agreed to.
Just like in law, being unaware of something that's a crime is no excuse for doing it. It works the same for MapleRoyals, especially since there's the button that you have to tick to make your account. You might want to start reading exactly what you are agreeing to in future, because otherwise you can easily get stung by the little things in T&Cs (not necessarily for MapleRoyals because it's just a game, but for real things that actually could have an effect on you, be it financial or personal details etc.)
That would allow someone to come back after being banned before their ban date by making another character. This would also allow hackers to much more easily recreate characters to hack on. IP ban is intentional and will not be removed.
