Never seen skill book of assassinate 30

    Dear GM
    I have never seen skill book of assassinate 30 for shadower, in FM or asking in the word in the game, and I can't found which monster drops this book in the library from the mapleroyals' website. I am a shadower, but can't get my assassinate to 30. Could you help me or tell me which monster drop this book?

    Ahh, oblivion 4/5. Tough to get to, but a LOT of people grind there, you shouldn't have any trouble finding someone with it who grinds there. If I find one I'll let you know.

    I grinded Ob4 from 150-170 or so. I've never seen that book drop ever. Infact I don't think O4 drops any books.
