I was gone for almost a year and when I came back my sp had been reset on all of my characters. I was in a rush to redo my skills and I accidentally upgraded aura of the beholder to 14 thinking I needed it for the beholder res which no longer works. Now I have to wait to get powerstance which makes bossing a pain in the butt or I have to spend over 150k nx to reduce my skills which will take weeks. Account name is AquaEuphoria, character name is RayneSupreme. I'm not sure if there is much you can do I just messed up and was wondering if you could possibly help me out.
Apparently the beholder is broken too? For some reason when I summon my beholder it does nothing in terms of mastery to my attack range?
Beholder is passive so summoning it isn't required anymore. As long as you have points in it, the mastery will be applied to your range. Hex and aura still need beholder summoning.
Lovely gone for a year come back and the fm button is gone, beholder no longer resurrects you, and apparently I'm screwed if I make a mistake until my skills reset next year. Well I guess I'll just use my next 19 days of nx fixing it, even though it was fine before my skills got wiped.
Like I seriously had power stance before the wipe now I don't have it because you reset all my stuff, then I came back and derped on which skills I needed now I have to spend all my nx I could be using to gacha and get better items to fix my dumb mistake?
Just to clear things up, we will no longer do any free SP Resets in the future. Skills were reset due to a change in skills table, so we gave players 2 chances to reassign their skills (first was the initial reset, 2nd was a request on case-by-case basis should they screw up the initial reset, which we stopped accepting request on 30th June).
Sorry to hear that, but it isn't our responsibility to inform players of any changes in any contents. As a player, it's your responsibility to regularly check the website/forum for updates. Other than that, all the best.
I've been on this server just as long as you've been and you can't even cut me a break? I used to like this server, I guess that was back when they gave a shit about the players.
Sorry that you feel that way, but we have protocols to follow and we can't give exceptions just because you've been away for such a long time. If we cut you a break, then we'll have to do the same for the rest who have been away long enough like you.
