First of all, we are not the same person, Adalid and I (Sorako) are brothers playing in the same house. Second, we defamed him (both of us) because he was taking 2 store spots in the fm, with the store called "two spots", which I think is very rude against the community, taking deliberaly two spots takes away the opportunity of another player in setting up theirs and we thought it deserve a defame. We even have a whitelist application to prove we are not the same person, where we both take our picture, and put the ign of our characters at that time (IGN: DrTaco, IGN: Cholotl), both in different accounts.
Also. I would like to add, that in the ToS, under the Minor Infraction Appendice, it states "Persistent mass defamation will be considered no less than ten defames by an individual and may also include asking, paying, or otherwise incentivizing other players to defame another individual.". Even if we were the same person, 2-3 defames does not reach this server's mass defamation policy. Thanks for pointing it out that part. It was a lapsed in my judgement as your ban was based an old rule regarding mass defamation. I'm very sorry for the inconveniences caused. All the 3 characters associated in the report has been unbanned.
