Closed Despite the update, the game still DC's when I try to login into character

IGN : Energiez , Landslide ( 2 Characters)

Problem : Character DC's when trying to login.

Error code : -2147287038

Details : despite the update the game DC's when I try to login to both of my characters (Landslide and Energiez)
so when I select my characters, It shows the background of the towns for like half a second and then the game crashes.

the bug occurred when I stepped at the somewhat-center of the town, Landslide was nearby the portal to Henesys Marketplace, and Energiez was in center of Ludiburium, and ever since then I couldn't connect into the game with these characters, I didn't make a post since I heard an update was coming, but since the update didn't solve my problem I have decided to make this post.

That would most likely be because you are not using the correct game files.
Uninstall the game, and then download the correct updated setup from here: https://royals.ms/?page=download

 

Problem solved, I was using an older version of the game.
