I bought a 13/2 cape for 8b old source. A 13 att cape 0 slot is worth around 6b I would say yours is around 6b as well as its lower than 13 att but has slots. If it did not have slots it would be around 4b

 

Thanks for the information! I've been so busy with moving recently I haven't had a chance to go in game and buy another Chaos for it. I'm thinking I'll go for 16/2 then sell it. Everyone is telling me to White Scroll with Chaos, is that a good idea? Or should I just sell/trade it away as is? This is my only godly item and I'm otherwise unfunded.
