not knowing the rules that you agreed with upon account creation is no excuse. Your account sharing case turned out to be sharing on multiple occasions including making progress on your character by doing quests for you which warrants a permanent ban, you wont be unbanned unfortunately
the problem is that i dont understand why i didnt have a warning since i didnt know this at the time doing the sharing?
