Closed This is not a registered ID

    IGN: iCeci / Sonia / Tinderella (These are IGNs on different accounts of mine)
    Problem: I tried logging into each account and the message I receive after clicking Log In is "This is not a registered ID"
    Details: I have made many attempts to get in each account. I know my ID is registered because I am able to log into each account on the MapleRoyals Homepage. I even tried to uninstall/reinstall. No success.

    So I decided to register a new account. I still received the same message. D: Any idea on what I may be doing wrong when installing the game?

    The accounts definitely exist, can you perhaps show us a screenshot of your mapleroyals folder?

    mine is having the exact same problem.
    it was stucked at 'account ia rleady logged on' and then when i try it again after 30 minutes, it says this is not a registered id, i can log on at the mapleroyals homepage, but not in game
