Can't enter the game with my character.

I can't log into my characters, I can log into my account, choose world and channel but when I come to the character selection screen and try to enter the game my screen goes black and it throws me out of the game and back into the login account page.

I tried closing the game and restarting and the character fix on the website. I also tried restarting my computer as well but nothing works.

EDIT: I also this message when I try to enter the game when selecting character: Unable to connect to the game. And I also get this message as well when i try to log into my account: Your account is already logged in or under inspection, but after waiting or using character fix I can log into my account only to get thrown back out by the game when I click to enter the game.

 

Every character of yours has this? O_O

How many times have you tried?

 

I only have 1 character on my account and I have tried this like 10 times or so.

 

Bump. I have confirmed there's nothing wrong with my client or any of that sort since I logged in with my other account and everything worked normally. Please help!

 

this is happening to me right now too. Worked fine for like 10mins then it started acting up

 

@lim, that's normal, the server just crashed.

@digestive Have you bought anything new recently? A certain item might be crashing you.

 

No, nothing new. I'm pretty sure the problem lies on your guys side. Have you checked the database that nothing is wrong with my character? Strange values, statuses, connection problems etc..?


EDIT: apparently the server check solved my problem, I could log in again after that. Wow you GM's suck compared to these server crashes. While you guys have to asks bunch of question and still not even find at least one possible way of solving it the server crash, without even asking anything, solved my problem. You guys should hire server crash as a GM. Every time the server crash happens it doesn't do it to ruin peoples zak. It only crashes when it wants to fix someone else's character. Thank you server crash, I luv u! <3

I vote server crash as new GM and staff leader! He deserves more respect but instead people bash at mr.server crash all the time not seeing that all he does is for a good cause. <3
