    Problem: Lost ALOT with rollback
    Details:

    Dear GMs,

    I want to try and ask for some compensation for the rollback because I think I lost as much (probably more than) as everyone else together. I scrolled my sock from 9 att to 14 att (with 3slots) and got an offer of 21bil. I scrolled it 2.5 days instead of 3 days before the rollback so it dissapeared. I tried again but it failed. I just don't think it's fair that I get no compensation for something that wasn't my fault. As you can imagine it's hard to leave this behind and try the next few years to get to the same point I would be after selling that sock. I've enjoyed Royals alot and just want to play again but without any compensation it feels kind of useless since I was there already.

    I hope you guys can see my problem.

    Please guys, this is just so unfair. Sold like everything to chaos it because I thought, maybe karma is on my side or something... Now it's 9att 1 slot (+2 still). I only need one explanation why it seems fair to you.

    I understand how you feel as I have lost a lot due to the rollback myself. You probably did lose more than most, but put yourself in the staff's shoes - who's items and losses do we agree to retrieve? Who's do we not? How much do we refund? Everything? Part? How will we prove what you claim to have lost was lost? if you have an SS as proof does it mean we only refund those who have a SS? What about photoshopped SS that can be abused? What about people who lost levels? Do we give them those levels back? But what if they have already leveld since?
    What i'm trying to say is that your request just can't be fulfilled due to all of those issues and more.
    They decided to have a server wide compensation event, which was the most fair thing to do, so everyone could enjoy the compensation.
    I really am sorry for what you've lost and I hope it doesn't take away your motivation to play, but it just can't be and won't be refunded

    Thanks for the reply. I was hoping for something because it did take away my motivation to play; I already quit from the game i loved the most. I just can't live with the fact that i had a 3slot 14att sock (21bil) and now i got 9att 1slot (shit), 4 cs in a raw failed. I get what you're saying, but i have proof, all people replied that they don't mind me getting refunded since i lost that much and i also leveled and got other stuff, but that, I don't mind. It's been so long and i know i won't be playing again when it stays this way, so I'm just a little sad about that. I really do appreciate your reply and good luck with everything!

    I really hope you find the will to play again. Think of what you have rather than what you lost; I know it's hard but act as if this sock never existed and just focus on the rest of the things you want to achieve. As for other players saying they wouldn't mind you being refunded, I'm sure no one would but you understand the problem it causes regarding other refunds. I do believe if you continue playing you can work your way up again and achieve even greater possessions than you had lost. I'll understand if you choose not to, but either way, good luck !

    Unfortunately, it would be unfair to refund you and not everyone else so there is nothing that can be done. I apologize for your loss, but big or small losses do not determine who we decide to refund as we strive to treat everyone equally and fairly.
