I'm going to the game and shop in the market. When I'm ready to log on to another account. The system prompts me that IP is banned. I don't understand what happened.

Bans are not per account, they are for the entire person. This means that Connolly, and any other accounts that you own (present or future), will be banned.

 

First, I just pay leech with Connolly as a reward. I'm sorry to hear that it's a big mistake. Second, the Kaii verdict was directed at Connolly and Sunnyn1ce. And tell us that other accounts can continue playing. He told me himself

 

Let me clarify a few things here:

1) I banned your account (Connolly) because you gave it to your friend, Sunnyn1ce. When you're banned one ANY account you own, you're banned as a person. That means, like what Jeen said, any other accounts you own, from now to in the future, will be banned.
2) My verdict was directed at your account (Connolly), so technically speaking, with reference to 1), I'm directing to you as a player, just that I didn't explicitly state your IGN (Adventurers).
3) I did not told you anything through any means (forum conversation/PM/shoutbox, etc). In fact, I don't remember us having any form of conversation at all. So your last point is a serious allegation.

I'm pretty sure you both are friends, but that's irrelevant.

What's important is, where exactly did i say this? If you can't find any proof of it, I'm afraid we have reached an impasse, and you will remain banned as intended.

 

Why are my other accounts banned today, not yesterday, at the same time as Connolly?

 

I missed the fact that he had already logged onto Connolly, and information on our end has changed slightly. As such, we immediately reviewed the report again, and took the necessary action, which was to ban Adventurers.

 

It's clear that Anmi's report apparently knows that Sunnyn1ce has landed on Connolly. And you've decided. And say, just ban Sunnyn1ce and Connolly., and tell Sunnyn1ce other accounts can play properly. Isn't that right? And Sunnyn1ce other accounts are still normal game. We are not fools. There are only 2 characters banned in the post. Everyone can see that. Hundreds of people in the forum have read the posts and know that only 2 characters are banned. I think it's a great joke.

 

We have never banned single characters. It has always been for the person and all accounts attached to that person. This appeal has been denied and clarification has been provided to the misunderstanding, so I think it is safe to end things here as a decision has been reached.
