Closed Unable to Vote for NX

Im unable to vote for NX. It says i dont have any character on my account above level 15 even though i have a level 20 thief.

 

Are you voting with the same username you have the level 20 thief on?

 

I tried that as well and it did not work. I not reached level 17 with my other character and it still doesn't work.
