Why do you think you got banned?: Someone may have reported me for botting, but I was just stacking coins at my heal key and went to shower.
Ban message when attempting to log in: Cannot access account because your account has been permanently banned.

Not sure what happened, but i think it's probs that. I have 3 accounts under this Ip address, and the message for the other accounts says : IP is banned.
HALP. Im innocent ;_;

As stated above, that's considered as Robotic Play which results in 7 day ban. You appeal is denied.

 

But it doesn't say that it is banned for 7 days, it says permanent ban. Does it automatically unban after 7 days?

 

Just a visual glitch and yes it should automatically unban you.

But is it possible to unban my ip,
the other account Isanne, is my sister's account. I feel bad for dragging her into this.

 

We can not unban your IP because then we have no guarentee you won't play while being banned. An IP ban applies to your whole household and unfortunately that includes your sister. You will both have to serve the 7 day ban.

That's okay, but even if u unban my IP, i don't think i will play. Don't want to risk a permanent ban. haha
