I'm getting disconnected after about 5-15 min of gameplay. Rarely i survive 30m-1h or 2h without a disconnect which is really weird. Its been like that for the past month or two which is really annoying and preventing progress from me. Unable to setup a shop properly or buy a zakum helment is a killer for me. And its not just me, alot of people are complaining about this issue. I've searched the forums for a solution in the last month (obviously so i dont just open an answered thread), but people doesnt get an answear about the issue nor you see the devs responding to them or showing any sings of trying to diagnos the issue. Tried everything, re-installing, update, changing to each other compatibility option, resetting the modem (cable connection) and bunch of other things like cmd commands to renew my ip and stuff. Its worth mentioning that in other multiplayer games i get a ping as low as 20-50 (depending of the server origins) and no lag at all (Battlefield 4, OW). Hoping to receive some kind of help here, thank you guys.
Thank you for responding Matt. it seems to be way worse (5-15 min) when I actually do something (attacking mobs, scrolling, swapping items ext...). Al tho it does happened when I do nothing at all but less frequent (for ex. I menage to open a shop yesterday for about an hour or so then i dced). As well as it doesn't seem like a channel related issue, the issue is present in all the channels I tried to switch to. Tried to lower gfx to the lowest as well, doesn't seem to have an effect. Maybe its just me but its seems like when I'm in a map with more people (for ex. Pq, FM) the issue doesn't come up as frequent (about an hour or so without dc). Maybe its just pure luck, idk, doesn't make sense to me.
