Issue: Cannot get past login screen - Possible MAC ban on account. Character Name: EneguE Additional Information: Computer crashed on the 26th of July due to an unrelated error while playing Mapleroyals. Did not continue playing for the day. Was unable to log back into account on the 27th of July - screen simply gets stuck when correct name and password are entered into the Login page. Have attempted to troubleshoot via Mapleroyals troubleshooting page but nothing worked. EDIT: I had a shop open in Channel 1 FM 4 when my computer crashed (unrelated BSOD caused by a faulty graphics driver).
