I'm new to this server and encountered my first KS'er last night. My friend who got me into this game told me that KSing shouldn't be tolerated so after asking this person to change channel and showing him mapowner my friend called out with a megaphone about this KSer. GM Charlie was there in a minute and had amazing patience. The crasher seemeed to have a hard time understanding english so Charlie explained the situtation to him in spanish and even helped the dude look for an empty channel. Have to say that as my first GM interaction this went about as well as it could have. Thanks to the active GM's!
Its amazing isn't it, GM Charlie, new to the position, has a full time job, all the while having 3 adopted sons in the last ~7 years. He really was an amazing addition to the staff, I'm glad to hear your positive experience! The GM's work hard and sometimes we forget the great things they do for us.
