If you can add more to the budget and put it together yourself, you're better off getting advice here: https://www.reddit.com/r/buildapcforme/

You would probably be able to play that game on that PC, but you're buying pretty outdated hardware.

The specs are pretty good for the price, and will definitely be enough to play Sims 3. I would definitely suggest you research reviews of the brand though, I've never heard of it before.

And to echo Minzoik, I'd also suggest checking out the subreddit above if you're interested in building your own PC. Definitely worth the investment if you're not a tech moron like me.

If you plan on using it long term, definitely go with an SSD included as they are quite durable and tend to load your programs and games fast even after many months in, unlike a traditional hard disk.

Also get a half decent card like a 560ti or some AMD budget cards to go with it, since I don't think your requirements are high, they're old stuff but they can do a fair amount of work if you plan on going into more games.

I would go the self building route if I were you actually, pick out parts yourself or with guidance from others, and pay someone a couple bucks to build it all up for you.

The AMD-FX series has been obsolete ever since ryzen came out. Ryzen 3 came out today, so definitely build a computer with that instead of the FX lmao.

Here's a sample build I made. 1050ti and r3 1200 for only ~$40 more. This can get 50-60 fps on high settings on pretty much any game at the moment, including AAA titles.
