Closed Issue: Cannot get past character selection screen - MAC ban on account.

Character Name: stepz
Additional Information: after selecting the character I keep getting kicked out of the system saying "you have been disconnected from the server. please try again later."

 

Is this still an issue?

 

I can log in now, but whenever I try to go into a portal I get kicked out of the game saying "try to login later again"

 

Have you updated to the latest patch files?

 

Oh, I haven't. Do I have to download the file again in the download section again or do I download another separate file?
