    I have run my MS with compability with window 7, also allowing my anti-virus to run this.
    Tried uninstalled and also tried restart my laptop (Window 10) but it still having the same issue.
    The moment i click on my character it says "MapleRoyals has stopped working"/

    Is there any solution out there???

    I am having this same exact issue... I tried redownloading the entire client... still no luck either :( Its been doing this since last night when I tried..

    Need help! Whenever i click on my character, the pop up box "MapleRoyals has stopped working" immediately appeared!

    It's our wifi issue, what I did was I brought my lappy to my mum place using her house wifi and re download the whole thing. Than i tried open the client and it works, once it's done. I than brought back my lappy to my house and tried it with my house wifi. Now i can play :)

    Just try to use different wifi (your friends house or whoever) to download the whole client. Even if there's a server check, the client won't be broken UNLESS IT REQUIRE TO RE-DOWNLOAD THE WHOLE THING.

    Oh, I fixed it yesterday. First after happening several times I decided to restart pc, but kept happening.

    So then I:
    Re-installed - nothing
    Re-downloaded - nothing
    Turned Windows Defender and Malwarebytes off - nothing
    Made the whole folder a Windows Defender exception - nothing
    Changed Compatibility - nothing
    Thought it might be a MAC ban issue, cause I had been banned up to friday, so I had to wait for a GM to check it.

    But then, after all I had done, I decided to restar the pc again. Then, just THEN, it worked. Lol.

    But thx for the tip, tho, I'll keep it in mind for next time.
