Hi Jeen, Thank you for the reply. What do you mean I tried to charge back my PayPal donation? I've donated a total of 3 times, and all were successful with no charge backs. I am able to provide screenshots of my PayPal and bank transactions to prove it. Do let me know who I should PM it to if required! I have investigated the issue and it seems that you accidentally opened a item not received case on 16th July 2017 which included a message simply asking for the donator status on the forum. It was resolved on the 1st August - and when cases are resolved with any outcome the associated game account is automatically banned until reviewed. I'm sorry that it's taken this long to get back to you about it, I've unbanned your account now.
