Help please :3

Ok so I am in the middle of trying to install this ... and on the step to extract it I get the error Compressed (zipped) Folders was unable to create the specified directory. Ensure that the directory does not already exist, and that the path entered is valid.

The path that is set is

Files will be extracted to this folder: C:\ Program Files (x86)\MapleRoyals\

Per the instructions I have tried it both in regular program files and x86 program files and still getting the same error also running windows 8.1 os please help me?

 

Try running the setup as Administrator.

 

its not even the set up I am talking about

Installation Instructions:

2) Once MapleRoyals.zip is downloaded, move the file to "C:\Program Files (x86)\" or "C:\Program Files\".
3) Right click MapleRoyals.zip and choose extract to \MapleRoyals\.
Its this directions that is causing the issue.

 

Have you tried googling the error message you received?

 

Try extracting the setup on the desktop first and then moving the folder to C:\ Program Files (x86)\MapleRoyals\.

 

Thank you that fixed it. one other question do I use guest log in or the regular log in?

Okay well I know my password is correct and yet it is saying it is not? Help pls :3

 

Did you make your password more than 12 characters long?

No um when registering I had issues with the captcha so i guess one time the password was different ... xD anyways I fixed it Thanks again :3
